Prior to this company being established, we worked for a well-known North East estate agent and a nationwide independent surveying company. This means that we have the knowledge and expertise to offer you a number of high-quality services.
We want you to have all the facts at a reasonable price and we try our best to ensure that you receive clear, concise reporting on any defects, with none of this ‘it may be or it could be.’ We also don’t request further investigations by more people, at an additional cost, when it’s not needed. We will give you the answers to any problems and direct you to the appropriate professionals/tradespersons, who will carry out any necessary remedial work.
